I’m going to break this plan into 3 Parts for you:

If we begin every day in His word we can always start our day with a win.
If you’ve ever read a productivity or self-help book, they usually talk about starting your morning by making your bed.
It helps to set routine, but also get you in the “DOING” mode.
If we begin our morning in the Word, we put ourselves in the presence of Jesus that lasts with us all day. Can you remember the last time you’ve been going about your day and something happens that reminds you of a passage you JUST read in the Bible?
The quote goes "You'll starve if you only eat on Sundays” - It’s vital that we are in His word daily getting nourishment.
Here’s a few resources I recommend to help you understand the Bible more clearly.

Every morning make it a priority to set aside at least 15 minutes for the Lord. If you say you can’t do this, check your screen-time. You can spare 15 minutes for God.
Make it a discipline to open your Bible before opening your social media.
If you’re having trouble getting off your phone, use an app called Opal to block certain apps. It’s more effective than your phone’s screen time settings.

We cannot neglect our physical health.
Humans are made in 3 parts. Mind, BODY, and Spirit.
If we have fed our mind & spirit through Prayer and reading His word… we’re still missing one key component to our daily life. OUR BODY.
Here’s my suggestion for those who may not exercise frequently enough.
Workout MORE TIMES THAN NOT during a single week.
That means in 7 days, workout AT LEAST 4 times. You should go to the gym. Even if you’re not a bodybuilder or athlete, the benefits of weight training are undeniable.
I usually workout 6 days a week and take 1 day off.
If you’re struggling because you don’t have a program, here’s a small one:
For every exercise do 2 sets to failure within the 6-10 rep range.
Track your weight used. Increase weight 5-10 lbs each week.
Day 1: Chest, Shoulders, & Triceps
Day 2: Back & Biceps
Day 3: Legs
Day 4: Chest & Back
Day 5: Shoulders & Arms
Day 6: Legs
If you don’t have a gym to go to, here’s some bodyweight exercises:

Every night I write down 5 things I want to finish the next day for my business.
If you’re thinking “Well I don’t have a business” I want you to answer these questions:
Once you have these questions thought out and answered, congratulations, you have a business.
I know that sounds stupid… But what I’m trying to tell you is that your knowledge is valuable.
Others would benefit from the knowledge that you have.
If you don’t have knowledge, get knowledge.
You gain wisdom by applying your knowledge to experience.
Think of all of the hundreds of hours you have spent watching YouTube to learn about your favorite hobby.
